Reposition and evolve the existing brand identity, streamline b2b communications, produce an e-commerce online presence, and support a launch into the consumer market

Spanning a number of years and 2 rebrand projects, I collaborated with copy-writers to refine the tone of voice and Art Directed a series of lifestyle photoshoots to establish a new, clean visual face for the company.

Implementing the ‘neighbourhood included’ USP, reflecting the unique local know-how - carefully selected locations and unique properties - deliverables incldued launch events, internal comms, digital promotions, advertising, property branding and street level signage.

Online bookings and market awareness increased substantially, attracting huge international investment and expansion.

Increase street level brand awareness and visibility, improve the guest experience through way-finding, and reflect the local neighbourhood.

After conducting extensive research into each building’s heritage, architecture, and local area history, I created a unique emblem for each property, and proposed concepts for external and internal signage. Threading this content into bespoke typographic and illustrative wall murals, I curated the lobby spaces to enrich the guest experience and lift the interiors.

A series of wall plaques, external signage and wayfinding signage was successfully rolled out across the property portfolio, inceasing brand awareness and cementing Native as part of the fabric of the community.

Project management included site visits, conceptual designs, planning applications, supplier liaison, artwork production and installation supervision.

Design and build an e-commence website, with direct-booking functionality and image led content; to entice customers from online booking sites, and increase profitability.

As lead creative and brand guardian, as part of a dedicated digital team I was instrumental in the evolution and development of the site structure and the UX; the production of wireframes, design concepts and content generation.
