Spanning a number of years and 2 rebrand projects, I collaborated with copy-writers to refine the tone of voice and Art Directed a series of lifestyle photoshoots to establish a new, clean visual face for the company.
Implementing the ‘neighbourhood included’ USP, reflecting the unique local know-how - carefully selected locations and unique properties - deliverables incldued launch events, internal comms, digital promotions, advertising, property branding and street level signage.
Online bookings and market awareness increased substantially, attracting huge international investment and expansion.
